Aspire’s FAB Group Have A Fab Time!

Aspire’s Fifty and Beyond (FAB) group is a friendly women-only group for those over 50 to socialise, have a laugh, chat and reduce loneliness.

Aspire’s FAB group enables our older women, as part of the National Ageing Well Agenda, to continue to stay well and live independently for longer by meeting new people and socialising.

There are often themed afternoons, where our FAB women will dress up, invite a guest speaker, share food together or celebrate an event.
