Become a Supporting Sister

We are looking for new women to join our Supporting Sisters volunteer team. Our services are provided by volunteers with lived experience who can show the positive impact of recovery and support.

Introduction to Volunteering

Do you want to gain experience in working with women who have experienced trauma, domestic abuse & violence or mental health recovery? Come along to our Introductory session to find out more.

Aspire offers all women a welcoming and safe space to learn, socialise and gain confidence. We deliver courses, support and wellbeing services both online and from our women-only centre in Chester-le-Street.
